Important: TraXion is a free forecasting and entertainment platform. It does not accept wagers or deposits, facilitate financial investments, or award cash or monetary prizes.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using TraXion, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You may use TraXion only where permitted by applicable law.
3. TraXion Points
TraXion Points (“TP”) are virtual units used solely inside the platform. TP are not money, currency, securities, commodities, property, or stored value. They cannot be purchased, deposited, transferred for value, withdrawn, redeemed for cash, or exchanged outside TraXion. TP may be adjusted, expired, reset, or discontinued as part of operating the service. No outcome creates a right to money or a monetary prize.
4. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, protect your password, and promptly notify us of unauthorized use. You may not sell, transfer, share, or create accounts through automated means. We may require email verification and may suspend accounts to protect users or the platform.
5. Forecasting markets
Markets are questions about future events offered for forecasting, entertainment, and skill development. Displayed probabilities and point values reflect activity within TraXion and are not financial advice, investment recommendations, or reliable statements of real-world probability. Market descriptions identify applicable resolution criteria and sources. TraXion may correct errors, close, cancel, void, or resolve markets in good faith.
6. Acceptable conduct
You may not use TraXion to break the law; harass others; manipulate activity through multiple accounts or automation; publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, hateful, or harmful material; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with service operation; scrape the service without permission; or use referrals, comments, or messages to send spam.
7. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant TraXion a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, moderate, and distribute that content as necessary to operate and promote the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it. We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms.
8. Intellectual property
TraXion, its branding, software, interfaces, and content are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
9. Availability and disclaimers
TraXion is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy, availability, or preservation of virtual points or content. Forecasts and community activity should not be relied upon for financial, legal, medical, political, or other important decisions.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TraXion and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, reputation, opportunity, or profits arising from use of the service.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using TraXion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or adjust virtual activity when reasonably necessary for security, enforcement, legal compliance, or service operation.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
